Randy: "You've got some of the most unbelievable talent up here."
Paula: "You do have that natural talent, go for it."
Simon: "You've actually got a very very good voice."

LaKisha Jones - "And I Am Telling You, I'm Not Going"
Randy: "Jennifer Hudson, watch out."
Paula: "This is where you belong."

Simon: "That's the right note. I'm very tempted to say to 23 people, book your plane tickets home. That was in a different league."

Melinda Doolittle - "Since You Been Gone"

Randy: "That was the bomb."

Paula: "No more background singing, you are a front runner."

Simon: "You are an incredible singer. I really hope you do well."

Nicole Tranquillo - "Stay"

Randy: "It wasn't really working for me."
Paula: "That was a performance that was out of this world."
Simon: "I thought it was indulgent, it was agressive, it looked unatural, it looked fake. It looked like you'd been over rehearsing."

Leslie Hunt - "(You Make Me Feel) Like a Natural Woman"
Randy: "It was just okay."

Paula: "I think you did a great job, however, watch the songs that you pick."
Simon: "It wasn't great. You look embarrased and ungangly when you perform."

Amy Krebs - "I Can't Make You Love Me"

Randy: "I was a little very very too safe for me."

Paula: "I have to agree with Randy."

Simon: "When you sing you have the personality of a candle. There's nothing to remember."

Alaina Alexander - "Brass In Pocket"

Randy: "It really wasn't great. You really didn't do anything with it."
Paula: "I didn't feel it."

Simon: "You're not a bad singer, but no one's going to be listening to that and thinking wow, you're a good singer."

Antonella Barba - "I Don't Want To Miss A Thing"

Randy: "I just really wasn't good, wasn't great"

Paula: "You didn't do bad."

Simon: "The good news is that you're attractive, the bad news is that it didn't work."

Gina Glocksen - "All By Myself"

Randy: "Big girl, big voice, big song, I love this."

Paula: "Right song."
Simon: "I don't think you hit the right note."

Haley Scarnato - "It's All Coming Back To Me Now"

Randy: "It was just okay for me really. There was nothing special about it."

Paula: "I think you did a nice job."

Simon: "You sounded 40. It was a bit like being at a reasonably good hotel and it was the last song for the evening."

Stephanie Edwards - "How Come You Don't Call Me"

Randy: "The conviction was unbelievable. That set it off."

Paula: "You are a star, my God."

Simon: "You were a million times better than any performance we saw last night."
